Welcome to Intellect Technolab. This Refund & Return Policy governs all purchases and transactions made with Intellect Technolab.

By purchasing any product or service from Intellect Technolab, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.


1. No Refund Policy

All goods and services sold by Intellect Technolab are final and non-refundable.

Once a purchase order is confirmed, payment is made, or services are initiated, no refund requests shall be entertained under any circumstances.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

  • IT Hardware
  • Software Products
  • SaaS Subscriptions
  • Consultation Services
  • Technical Services
  • Implementation Services
  • Licensing
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
  • Digital Deliverables
  • Customized Solutions

2. No Return Policy

Goods once sold cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced under any circumstances.

Customers are advised to carefully review product specifications, compatibility, scope of work, and service requirements before placing an order.

Intellect Technolab shall not be responsible for incorrect purchases made due to customer misunderstanding, misconfiguration, or change in requirements after purchase confirmation.


3. No Cancellation

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.

Any advance payment, partial payment, milestone payment, subscription fee, or full payment made towards products or services shall be treated as non-cancellable and non-refundable.


4. Service Commitment

While refunds and returns are not permitted, Intellect Technolab remains committed to delivering agreed services and support as per the mutually approved proposal, quotation, agreement, or statement of work.

Any support or issue resolution shall be handled strictly within the scope of the purchased service or applicable warranty terms, if any.


5. Software, SaaS & Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, downloadable content, and activation-based services:

  • No refunds will be issued after purchase or activation.
  • No cancellation requests will be accepted after account provisioning or service initiation.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable whether the service is used partially or fully.

6. Hardware Products

For IT hardware products:

  • Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery.
  • Manufacturer warranty terms, wherever applicable, shall apply directly through the respective manufacturer or authorized service center.
  • Intellect Technolab does not provide returns or refunds for hardware once sold.

7. Payment Terms

All payments made via bank transfer or any approved payment mode are considered final and binding.

Customers are responsible for ensuring payment accuracy before initiating transactions.


8. Limitation of Liability

Intellect Technolab shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss
  • Loss of profits
  • Delay caused by third-party vendors or manufacturers
  • Customer-side technical incompatibility

Liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of the purchased product or service.


9. Policy Acceptance

By engaging with Intellect Technolab, placing an order, making payment, or availing any service, the customer expressly agrees to this Refund & Return Policy.
